The ATS service team is well experienced in various onboard technologies and is capable of troubleshooting and servicing various water treatment systems on vessels arriving to the Americas.  We provide the following services to Shipowners and Makers:

Installation check against Maker drawings and schematics; field wiring testing, system startup and operation; crew training and delivery to Class

ATS service engineers can be dispatched to a vessel for a fast and committed response to breakdown repairs, assist in fault troubleshooting/diagnosis, or rectification works. 

In order to ensure continuous operation of the BWMS and compliance with the annual report requirements, ATS service engineers will check the health status of the system and provide calibration to the system’s automation and control means. 

In order to assist vessels with complying with the US EPA VGP requirements, ATS engineers will observe system operation, collect VGP samples and test them within EPA specified holding times using ATS network of participating laboratories around the country.

As part of a contractual agreement with the Makers, ATS maintains local inventory of marine spares that can be shipped on short notice to any US port. Spares are sourced from the original equipment manufacturer as well as from local sources. This approach offers the benefit of guaranteed availability, delivery of essential parts, and cost-effective maintenance of stock levels.
